Total War: SHOGUN 2 - Skip Intro Logos

1. Download Pack File Manager and extract it to a folder on your computer.
2. Run the "PackFileManager" application (.exe) file.
3. Click Cancel to any prompts that appear until you are asked for the STW folder.
4. Click Browse, go to the folder where the game is installed and click OK.
5. Click Options (at the top) -> CA Packs Are Read Only (to disable this option).
6. A prompt will appear. Click "I'm not afraid, coward!".
7. Click File -> Open CA pack... -> movies.pack
8. On the left, expand "movies.pack", then expand "movies".
9. Download a blank .bik video file and save it anywhere.
10. Click once on "intel_logo_english.bik".
11. At the top, click Files -> Replace File...
12. Select the blank .bik file you downloaded.
13. Repeat steps 9 to 11 for the "intro.bik" and "sega_logo_sting_hd.bik" files.
14. Click File -> Save
15. Once it has finished saving, you can close the program.
