The Outer Worlds - Play the Peril on Gorgon DLC with an End-Game / Tartarus save

1. Download the console command unlocker by Sunbeam (password: sunbeamFRF).

2. Open the game’s folder where its installed.
3. Extract the files from the zip and put them in \Indiana\Binaries\Win64
4. If using the Steam version, rename "Indiana-Win64-Shipping.exe” to "IndianaEpicGameStore-Win64-Shipping.exe".
5. Launch the game by opening the “IndianaEpicGameStore-Win64-Shipping.exe” file.
6. Once the game shows the main menu, go back to the folder and run “IGCSInjector.exe”.
7. Once it says “Done! Enjoy”, you can press any key to close it.
8. Press the ` (tilde) key to open the console and put in the following command (including quotes):
   LocalTravel "XFH_1101_Gorgon_Exterior_P"
9. Walk up to the terminal right next to you.
10. Insert Alex Hawthorne's ID Cartridge and exit.
11. Your ship should now appear behind you; go inside.
12. Go to the control room and go to change the map.
13. Select Groundbreaker, then Groundbreaker Docking bays (you may need to do this twice).
14. You will then get an incoming transmission and the DLC will start. Make a new save once the transmission has finished.
15. If using the Steam version, once you close the game rename "IndianaEpicGameStore-Win64-Shipping.exe" back to "Indiana-Win64-Shipping.exe" so that you can still launch it from Steam.

I would advise not going back to Tartarus until you are ready to finish the game, just to be safe.
