Cities: Skylines - Remove Need for Pipes and Power Lines

You can remove the need to use pipes and powerlines by installing 2 mods from the Steam workshop.

1. Make sure you're logged into the Steam website and for each item, click the green "Subscribe" button:
• Remove Need for Pipes
• Remove Need For Power Lines
2. Launch the game.
3. From the main menu, click "CONTENT MANAGER".
4. On the left, click "MODS".
5. Scroll down to "Remove Need for Pipes" and "Remove Need for Power Lines" and click "On / Off" to enable them.
6. If prompted with a disclaimer, click "I understand".
7. Close the Content Manager window.

Please Note:

• Any water / sewer facilities will still need (at least) 1 pipe connected to them in order to function but this doesn't have to connect to anything else.
• Power lines will only take effect for new buildings (anything made after the mod was enabled).
