Metro: Last Light - Change FOV, Windowed Mode & Disable Aim Assist

1. Make sure the game is installed, closed and has been run at least once.
2. Press the Windows key + R to open the Run dialog.
3. Type %localappdata% and press Enter.
4. Open the "4A Games" folder.
5. Open the "Metro LL" folder.
6. There should be one folder in this folder. Open it.
7. Open the "user.cfg" file with Notepad or another text editor.
8. You can make the following changes:
• Change FOV (field of view)
1. Go here to calculate your vertical FOV value.
2. Find the line beginning with: r_base_fov and change the number after it to the vertical FOV value.
• Enable Windowed Mode
• Find the line r_fullscreen on and change it to r_fullscreen off.
  Change it back to on for fullscreen mode.
• Disable Aim Assist
• Find the line aim_assist 1. and change it to aim_assist 0..
  Change it back to enable Aim Assist again.
9. Click File -> Save and close the file.
10. Right click the user.cfg file and click Properties.
11. At the bottom, check the "Read-only" checkbox and click OK.
