Super Crate Box - Fix Leaderboard in Steam version

When you download and run Super Crate Box from Steam, you notice the following message on the main menu:
"dll not detected, scores won't upload"

To be able to submit scores, do the following:

1. In your Steam Game Library, find the game, right click it and click Properties.
2. Click the Local files tab.
3. Click the "Browse local files..." button to open up the game folder.
4. Download the downloaddll.dll file
5. Copy it into the game folder.
