Shadowrun Returns - Unlock FPS

1. In your Steam Game Library, find the game, right click it and click Properties.
2. Click the "Set launch options..." button.
3. Type -popupwindow and click OK. (This will allow borderless windowed mode)
4. Close the Properties window.
5. Launch the game and in the options menu, disable Fullscreen.
